Roots Paid Search Policy
Roots reserves exclusive rights as to the advertising of our trademarked company name within all pay-for-placement and all other search engines. These names include: Roots, Roots.com, Canada.Roots.com, Roots Canada, USA.Roots.com, Roots USA and Roots Direct, or any misspellings and/or variation of those trademarks.

Further, affiliates are not allowed bid on any of the aforementioned trademark terms + term(s). This includes, but is not limited to: trademark + coupons, trademark + discounts, trademark + promotions, trademark + promo, trademark + promo codes, etc.

On occasion, Roots will allow selected affiliates to participate in pay-for-placement advertising. If you are an affiliate and are interested in participating, you must receive written permission from Roots and/or JEBCommerce before placing any campaigns. Permission will be granted on a case-by-case basis and you must agree to, and strict adherence must be followed, to any agreement we make with you on an individual basis.

Furthermore, direct linking is not allowed. Cyber squatting through the misspelling or use of the brand terms, misspellings and / or derivatives within URL strings and domain names is not allowed.

Affiliates found to be in violation of these search guidelines risk immediate expulsion from the program and reversal of all unpaid commissions.
