Job Summary:
Own and manage the targeting and acquisition of new clients across all our service departments and manage the team that is prospecting, generating leads and closing new business as well as rolling up your sleeves and using direct outreach strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads and close accounts. This includes owning, creating and hitting sales targets for each division, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, creating a cohesive team and creating long term, long lasting client relationships. This position is also responsible for reporting trends and findings of prospects to the entire company.

From there, you will interview with at least one of our board members, our CEO and our leadership team over the phone and zoom. Then it’s time for an in-person interview in our offices in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, if safe to do so.
