Jamie E. Birch
Jamie is the owner and principal of JEBCommerce. His extensive Internet marketing experience includes all facets of online marketing: email, paid search campaigns, customer retention programs, and much more. This wide range of disciplines has enabled Jamie to excel as a business leader and JEBCommerce to realize a great level of success for its clients.
Jamie cut his “affiliate marketing teeth” managing affiliate programs for many well known companies before spending several years at Coldwater Creek, a Top 5 nationwide women’s clothing retailer. While at Coldwater Creek, Jamie established and managed affiliate campaigns, email campaigns, and SEO campaigns – an opportunity that allowed him to develop many of the proven processes JEBCommerce successfully employs today.
In recognition of his professional leadership, the affiliate marketing industry has consistently nominated him for Annual Pinnacle Awards over the years. In addition to individual accolades, JEBCommerce is gaining momentum within the Internet marketing industry and is experiencing positive, exciting growth. This is a direct result of Jamie’s positive leadership, integrity, and earned respect – from his clients and industry peers.
Sarah is Jamie’s wife and the co-founder of JEBCommerce and the company’s CFO. Sarah has over ten years of experience in direct sales and has played a vital role in the launch and management of JEBCommerce. Currently, leads our staffing and accounting departments.
Coming from a background in business and account management, as well as customer service, Maryellen started in affiliate marketing in 2010. The limited time in the space hasn’t been a hindrance to her, however, as she was nominated “Affiliate Manager of the Year” after only 9 months in the industry.
Maryellen has dedicated her career to the service industry, and manages each account and each affiliate in respect to their needs and what it would take to make them successful. Her unique experience of running her own business helps her identify paths to success for all parties involved.
When not working at JEBCommerce, Maryellen enjoys writing, photography, fine food and wine, the clay arts, and spending time with her family.
Jon graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2008 with a Business Communications degree. He has a strong background in client management and excels in account management. He has been highly successful in the business-to-business sales arena and is breaking through the affiliate marketing industry. Currently, he is the Affiliate Manager with for the Eastern Mountain Sports, Moto Safety, Linxup and LuxuryParlor affiliate programs and assists the team in Business Development.
Jon’s strong analytic skills, attention to detail and dedication to his clients’ success make him a vital member of our team.
Danielle joined JEBCommerce as a Jr. Affiliate Manager after studying business marketing at Eastern Washington University. With her client management skills and her passion for the affiliate marketing industry, she has grown to be an impact player on the JEBCommerce team. Danielle is currently the Affiliate Manager on the iFloor, Ligonier, Veer and 99designs and PaperCulture.com programs.
Brian graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Public Communications and has worked in the marketing field for over 5 years. His background also includes graphic design and advertising. Currently he is the Affiliate Manager for Egnyte, Cruiser Customizing and Paradise Galleries, is our expert in launching an on-boarding new clients and has been with JEBCommerce since late 2010. Brian is very excited to be working in affiliate marketing with the best team in the industry. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife, 2 young boys, participating in outdoor sports, and watching football.
An Eastern Washington University graduate with a Business Marketing degree, Jamie adds a lot of experience and enthusiasm to the team. Jamie also owns her own business and has more than ten years of customer service experience. She currently is the Assistant Affiliate Manager on the Veer, 99designs, Paper Culture, iFLOOR and Ligonier Ministries affiliate programs.
In her spare time Jamie teaches scrapbooking and craft classes, enjoys cooking, reading, karaoke and live music.
Jennifer started working for JEBCommerce in May of 2012. She comes from a background of 10 years in Operations Management for an eCommerce business. She brings to JEB her experience in Marketing, Client Relations, Finance, International business and other randomly gathered talents. In her spare time she is a book nerd and attempted world changer who would love a cape of some sort. Jennifer is currently managing the Country Outfitter, Charlotte Russe, philosophy and The Marketplace by TheBlaze programs.
Jen has worked in the Customer Service industry for 14+ years at Coldwater Creek. During her previous career, Jen worked with the Ecommerce side of Coldwater Creek and managed the Internet Team as well as the contact center with up to 600 plus customer service representatives. Jen is excited about her career change and when she is not working, she enjoys camping, fishing and spending time outdoors. Her experience in ecommerce and customer service is greatly appreciates, and Jamie was excited to reunite with another Coldwater Creek alum!
Geoff joined JEBCommerce as an Assistant Affiliate Manager in 2011. He utilizes skills learned from his service in the United States Navy (Submarines), as an Engine Leader fighting wildfires, as a small business owner, and entreprenuer to provide a high level of client management. He also has a background in web design, search engine optimization, and internet marketing. Currently, he is assisting the team responsible for managing the Eastern Mountain Sports, Luxury Parlor, and MOTOsafety & Linxup affiliate programs. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing outdoors, and watching football.
